We offer a fully compliant test and inspection service for:

Periodic tests and Inspections for Landlords, Local Authorities, & Housing Associations.
Agricultural, Industrial, Commercial and Medical Installations
Inspections and tests for Insurance as well as Health and Safety requirements.
During the course of our electircal test and inspections we come across many major as well as minor faults, our custom is to advise the client of any major defects, the method we will employ to rectify the defect and the cost, whilst being on site the cost will be substantially less to rectify faults while works are in progress and the fault uncovered.
Minor faults are also advised and done as the test progress avoiding confusion and retesting.
Testing is carried out strictly in accordance with IEE regulations BS7671 and on completion the installation is certified for its compliance.
If we tick the box on the test certificate, it has been tested, inspected and is compliant - we sign to say so.
